Instructions for the Zoom session
Dear Participants,
We look forward to connecting with you for these APLi journeys via online access. To ensure a smooth and productive experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow some important guidelines:

Early Access: Please try to join the Zoom room at least 5 minutes before the scheduled session time. This will allow us to resolve any technical issues that may arise and start on time.

Microphones and Cameras Off: To minimize background noise and visual distractions, we ask that you keep your microphones and cameras off during the session. Only the speakers should have their cameras and microphones on. Everyone can participate actively through the chat.

Using the Chat: If you have any questions or comments during the session, we encourage you to use the Zoom chat. Our team will be closely monitoring and will respond as quickly as possible.

Prior Knowledge of the Program: We strongly recommend that all participants familiarize themselves with the event program beforehand. This will help maximize their engagement and enjoyment during the session.

Access via the Event Website: To facilitate access to the room, we recommend using the "Access the room" button available on the event website. This will ensure direct and uncomplicated entry.
